金融危机冲击下女大学生就业预期变化研究

通过比较2008年4月和12月分别进行的2008届和2009届大学毕业生就业调查问卷数据，发现女大学生预期就业地区、预期就业单位并没有出现变化，但是其预期工资和就业前景评价却受到金融危机冲击而出现相比男大学生的更大幅度下调，我国女大学生就业难问题会进一步凸显。要有效缓解金融危机冲击下我国女大学生的就业难问题，需要从改善劳动供需双方预期入手，提高工作匹配效率，以实现包括女大学生在内的大学生就业。

On the Employment Expectation Changing of Female University Graduates under Financial Crisis

Based on questionaire dates about employment expectation of female university graduates held in April and December of 2008, this paper finds out that expected employment district and workplace of female university graduates have not changed but expected wage and evaluation of employment perspective have sharply declined by financial crisis. All of these will make the employment problem of female university graduates more prominent. To solve the problem, some suggestions are put forward to promote the employment of female university graduates.
