| Abstract: | The writer expounds the significance of leap development to merged universities,and the puts forward a series of strategies for the purpose of advancing the development in universities,rearranging the resources,optimizing the structure of disciplines and enforcing the construction of disciplines;taking undergraduate education as a principal part so as to improve teaching quality and scientific research level;expanding the scale of postgraduate teaching;building a team of teachers and administrative services with high level and quality. |
