摘    要:任何教育活动都表现为各种不同形式的互动。从教育社会学的角度来看 ,将班级这个学校教育教学的基本单位和教育活动的基本组合作为一个特殊的社会群体 ,按照师生互动的理念来建构 ,能够形成促进教育教学目标实现的良好的教育情境。由此建构而成的班级有助于学生的全面发展 ;可以更好地发挥学生的主体作用 ;可以丰富教师的教学方法和教学手段 ;可以使班级中的各种非正式群体获得比较合理的对待 ,提高班级的凝聚力 ;利于建构教师主动施教与学生自动学习有机结合的教学模式。

Abstract:Any kind of education activities shows each kind of mutual response.From the point of educational sociology,it can form a good education environment which improve to succeed the goal of education according to the theory of the mutual responses between teacher and students if we consider the class and the education activities as special junior social groups.In this condition,the class will be helpful for the students' improvement;give full play to the students;make the teaching ways and technologies very active;treat all the students fairly;improve healthily and be helpful for the teaching and studying.
