| 摘 要： | 加强城乡美术教师交流机制,是全面提高教师自身的素养,提高城乡美术课程教学质量的重要途径。经过对国内外美术教师交流机制现状的认真调查研究发现,近年来,我国城乡美术教师的交流虽然取得了可喜的进步,但在交流机制建构中仍存在一定不足,亟待进一步完善。笔者试图在:建立城乡美术教师选拔机制;建立城乡美术教师培养机制;建立城乡美术教师激励机制;建立城乡美术教师考核机制等四方面提出我们的建议。

| Abstract: | The strengthening of the mechanism of urban and rural art teachers’ exchange is a vital path to the overall elevation of teachers’ personal quality and the improvement of art course teaching quality.Although there is much progress in the urban and rural art teachers’ exchange the exchange mechanism still has its inadequacy to be improved.The authors of the thesis hope that there should selective mechanism of art teachers and educational mechanism of urban and rural art teachers could be built,stimulating mechanism of urban and rural art teachers can be established and checking mechanism of urban and rural art teachers can be practiced. |
