| 摘 要： | 旁听制度作为刑事审判公开制度中的一个必要方面,对于整个刑事审判制度具有重要意义,但是无论在理论上或是司法实践中旁听制度都未能引起足够的重视。通过对我国目前旁听制度存在问题进行分析,找到症结之所在,从认识上进行一定的转变,并且给予旁听以更完善的保障措施,才能在此基础上不断推进旁听制度的完善。

| Abstract: | As a necessary facet of the system of open trial in criminal justice,the system of auditing the trial is important to all of the systems of the criminal trial.However,it is not taken seriously whether in theory or in the judicial practice.We can improve the system of auditing the trial only through analyzing the current problems in the system,finding out the crucial reasons in our country,changing our idea of this system and giving more safeguard measures. |
