| 摘 要： | 全球性金融危机对于我国企业来讲既是挑战，也是一种难得的发展机遇。我们必须抓住机遇，加快“走出去”步伐。在金融危机的背景下，中国企业“走出去”所面临的风险将比以往更大，更复杂。我国企业要成功地“走出去”，就要加强风险管理，提高企业抵御风险的能力。

| Abstract: | The global financial crisis is a challenge in terms of China's enterprises,as well as a rare opportunity for development.We must seize the opportunity to speed up the "going abroad" pace.In the context of the financial crisis,the risks that Chinese enterprises' "going abroad" face are more great and complicated than ever.China's enterprises must strengthen their risk management,and enhance their ability of resisting risks if they want to succeed in "going abroad". |
