| 摘 要： | 牛津大学导师制在高等教育大众化和政府对高等教育财政投入日趋减少的双重压力下发生了诸多变化。导师制在教学实践上的多元化发展使其在新的时代背景下更具生命力。在这一过程中,牛津大学导师制仍然坚守其注重培养学生独立思考能力的教学理念。牛津大学导师制的发展经验可为我国实施本科生导师制提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The tutor system was varied under the double pressures of popularization of higher education and reduction of financial investment for education;however,it becomes more and more dynamic in the new era through the diversification in teaching practice.In the process of diversification,the tutor system always carries out the principles of forming independent ways of thought of students,consequently,which offer positive inspirations to the experiment of tutor system for undergraduate in China. |
