西方教育管理概念的多维辨析

摘    要:人类的管理和教育管理活动及其概念是相伴而生而发展的。在西方,作为实践领域的教育管理在19世纪后期开始出现,而作为研究领域的教育管理也只是在20世纪才开始出现的。作为管理科学领域中所使用的"管理"一词,主要是指组织中的管理过程,也就是如何协调他人活动,以便收到个人单独活动所不能收到的效果而进行的各种活动。而教育管理,在英语里,则主要指对学校教育活动进行具体的经营和对教育的组织领导。

Abstract:Man's administration and education administration activities and concepts came into being and developed in company.In the West,education administration in practical scope began to emerge in late 19th century,and its theoretical scope began to appear in 20th century.The wording "administration" in the scope of administrative science scope mainly refers to the administrative process in organizing,or how to coordinate the activities of others,so that various activities may get effects that individual activity cannot get.In English,education administration mainly refers to the specific management on school education activities and the organization and leading for education.
