组织公民行为、社会资本与组织绩效的关系

摘    要:自组织公民行为提出以来,备受组织绩效研究者的关注。然而,鲜有文献提出公民行为与组织绩效的关系机制。直至上个世纪90年代末,社会资本理论和企业资源观进入组织绩效研究者的视野,公民行为、社会资本与组织绩效的关系研究才获得较大进展。本文在综述公民行为、社会资本与组织绩效的基础上,重点介绍并评价了西方研究者提出的社会资本、公民行为与组织绩效的中介模型,并提出了未来研究的方向。

Abstract:Organizational citizenship behavior,since it was coined,has attracted considerable attention of the researchers in organizational performance;however,there has been little theoretical work seeking to articulate the mechanism by which citizenship influences organizational performance.Towards the end of 1 990s,the social capital theory and the resource-based view of the firm have entered into researchers' vision,and the research into the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness as well as social capital has come to make more progress.This article reviews the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and social capital as well as organizational performance and highlights the mediate model on relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and social capital as well as organizational performance.In addition,it presents suggestions on the direction of future research.
