近日，“2011魅力中国一外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的十大城市”评选揭晓。北京、上海、天津、深圳、武汉、广洲、苏州、重庆、厦门、杭州获选“2011魅力中国一外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的十大城市”。

As of April, 2012, the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Chongqing, Xiamen and Hangzhou were selected as the Most Attractive Chinese Cities for Foreigners, 2011. According to the survey, which received approximately 1000 responses from expats, the leading factor of attractiveness among Chinese cities is the living environment, more so than policies, administration, and working conditions. For instance, Xiamen made it high onto the Top 10 list because it offers a high quality of life.
