| 摘 要： | 限期治理制度在减轻或消除我国的污染源、改善我国的环境质量状况起到了积极地作用，然而该制度的不足与缺陷也凸显出来。各级政府应该协助环境保护部门行使限期治理权，并统一执法标准，强化治理法律责任，完善其行政救济制，加强执法力度。

| Abstract: | The system of undertaking treatment within a prescribed limit of time has a positive effect on improving the quality of environment in China and relieving or eliminating the pollutant source; and the defect and the shortness can be seen clearly. This article first states the historic development of this system, then talks about the defect and the shortness in practice, and takes some advice on perfecting the system at last. |
