企业社会工作及其在企业内部员工关系管理中的运用

摘    要:企业社会工作是社会工作在企业领域的延伸,在协调企业内部员工关系方面具有重要作用。目前企业社会工作在中国大陆的相关研究积累和实践经验不足,其在我国的发展和应用充满挑战。本文引入企业社会工作这一介入方法,对如何从企业社会工作的视角来协调内部员工关系的实施路径做出深入探索,并从理念、制度和社会工作者角度提出相关政策建议。

Abstract:Corporate Social Work is the extended field of social work in the enterprise, based on its professional ideas, expertise and methods, playing an important role in the coordination of internal employee relations and promoting the harmonious development of the enterprises. At the same time, it's a fact that, at present, the development of corporate social work in China is still in elementary step, especially on the aspect of research and practical experience in China mainland that have not accumulated enough. In all, the devel- opment of corporate social work is a challenging process.This paper introduces, corporate social work, a method used widely in foreign countries, and explores how to harmonize the relationship among employee and promote the development of enterprises. This article is about the conception, contents, and the operation, and furthermore offers some suggestions from the perspectives of the ideas, systems and social workers.
