| 摘 要： | 承接跨国公司的制造业外包,能够提高企业技术水平,改善出口结构,提高产业集中度,进而优化产业结构。运用协整分析和格兰杰因果检验方法对辽宁承接制造业外包与产业结构升级的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明：辽宁承接制造业外包可以增加工业产值,进而会刺激交通运输、邮电通讯、信息咨询等第三产业的发展,促进产业结构的优化和升级。
