| 摘 要： | 定量讨论1988-2011年北京市实际使用外商直接投资（FDI）对CO2排放的影响。结果发现:长期来看，北京市FDI与CO2排放之间存在均衡关系，且FDI的增加对CO2排放具有显著的抑制作用，但短期影响不显著。另外，从产业分布看，北京市第二产业、第三产业中FDI对CO2排放分别具有显著的正向和负向影响，这主要是由北京市的产业结构、经济结构、能效结构以及FDI的产业投入特点等因素决定的，为此，建议北京市未来应该进一步提高在低碳产业使用FDI的比重。

| Abstract: | This paper quantitatively discusses the impact of FDI on carbon emissions in Beijing during 1988-2011. The results indicate that the real-utilized FDI in Beijing has significant long-run nexus with carbon emission, with significant long-run curbing effect but weak short-run effect. In addition, on the perspective of industrial structure, the FDI in Beijing's Secondary and Tertiary industries has significant positive and negative nexus with its carbon emissions respectively. This mainly results from the confluent impact of Beijing industrial structure, economic structure, energy efficiency structure and FDI distribution features. In the future, Beijing government is expected to further increase the ratio of FDI used in low-carbon industries. |
