| Abstract: | The training of the talents must aim at the need of the society.So in the modern time,the training of the high school talents must satisfy the need of the compound application talents.To achieve these aims,we must make some reforms on the present education model,course system,teaching means and methods,and teaching management mechanism and so on,therefore,creating a talent training mode which is adjusting to the training aim. |
