工业化和信息化同时推进:中国的现实选择

信息化是在工业化充分发展的基础上产生的 ,是工业化生产力发展的产物 ,也是工业化发展本身需求的结果。工业化为信息化的发展创造了条件 ,但反过来 ,信息化也可以促进工业化的发展 ,并为工业化提供更多的需求。我国目前处于工业化的中级阶段 ,而国际背景已进入了信息化的社会。面对现实 ,我国的现实选择是 :以完成工业化为根本 ,同时推动“两化” ,以工业化推动信息化 ,以信息化促进工业化。当前的任务是 :大力发展高科技产业 ,以高科技改造传统产业 ,深化科技体制改革 ,大力发展教育 ,培养人才。

Two Wheels Move Along Simultaneously-China's practical Choice of Both Industrialization and Informationalization.

This paper aims at a convincing demonstration on the relationship between industrialization and informationalization in the development of Chinese economy. While China is now at the middle stage of the industrialization, the industrialized countries have entered the age of information. Thus, it seems reasonable that China would takes the way-the accomplishment of the industrialization is the essential project, on the basis of which both the "Two Advancements"are powerfully pushed forward, that is , advancement of industrialization by the promotion of informationalization, or vice versa.
