| Abstract: | Practical teaching system of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges is the key way to realize the training goal. Starting from the occupation ability of hotel industry, combined with the present teaching situation of the practical teaching of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges, the paper discusses the construction of practice teaching system and the concrete implementation method. |
