人力资本水平与产业结构升级的内在关系研究——来自广西壮族自治区的实证检验

现有的研究表明,人力资本的积累对经济增长有正面的作用,产业结构升级对经济增长也有促进作用。那么,人力资本与产业结构升级之间是否存在着相互作用的机制?以广西壮族自治区为例的实证研究结果表明:两者之间存在着长期均衡的关系,产业结构升级是人力资本水平提高的格兰杰原因。人力资本水平提高会促进产业结构升级,但影响不是很明显。其作用机制是:人力资本水平增长率每提高1个百分点,第二年的产业结构升级速度只提高约0.3个百分点。广西壮族自治区应该采取相关措施来迅速提高人力资本水平,加速产业结构升级,进而间接推动地区经济的发展。

The Intrinsic Relationship between Level of Human Capital and Upgrading the Industrial Structure -An Empirical Test from Guangxi Zhuang Nationality Autonomous Region

The existing research has revealed that human capital accumulation has a positive effect on the economic have the growth and this positive role also exists in industrial structure upgrading to economic growth. But does it interaction between the human capital and industrial upgrading？ This article takes Guangxi Zhuang Nationality Autonomous Region as an example of the empirical research, and it＇s proved that there is a long-term equilibrium between the industrial structures and upgrading human capital, and, industrial upgrade is the granger reason of human capital of a higher level. The increase of human capital level will promote industrial upgrading, but the effect is not obvious, the mechanism is that the human capital growth up of 1 percentage point only brings about 0.3 percentage increase of next year in the industrial structure upgrading in Guangxi. So we should adopt appropriate measures to quickly improve the human capital to upgrade the level of the industrial structure, and indirectly promoting regional economic development.
