| 摘 要： | 《易经》解卦的“解”通獬豸的“獬”，其代表的是上古传说的专司裁判的独角兽。解卦实际上是一则关于狩猎所得猎物归属权问题的神判筮例。解卦《象传》“雷雨作，解。君子以赦过宥罪”已经为我们揭示出解卦的獬豸神判的本质，解卦上六爻“公用射隼于高墉之上”则说的是审判官对疑难案件通过射隼的天意神判的方式来裁决。《序卦传》“解者，缓也”和《彖传》“天地解而雷雨作，雷雨作而百果草木皆甲坼”均是对解卦义理的发挥，不代表解卦的原初本义。

| Abstract: | ＂Xie＂ in The Book of Changes was identical to ＂XIE ZHI＂, which was the beast with only one horn on it＇s head in change of ＂judging＂ . The meaning of hexagram ＂Xie＂ was a judgement about the ownership of prey. The Xiang zhuan of hexagram ＂Xie＂ uncovered the original idea,but the Tuan zhuan and the Xu guazhuan were not the original meanings. |
