| 摘 要： | 会计诚信是企业法人、会计师事务所、中介机构、证券分析师和会计人员的行为准则之一,其作用不但是提供真实的会计信息,更在于向社会传递行为人的信用和声誉,丧失诚信的企业最终将被社会抛弃。本文重点阐述了注册会计师在会计诚信问题中扮演的角色、做假的动机以及如何重塑注册会计师的形象等问题。
