| 摘 要： | 牡丹交通卡事件反映出我国公共服务市场化进程中出现的一些与市场化初衷相悖的现象.这些现象:中国政府采购市场的完善仅有一部政府采购法是不够的,它需要更多具体可操作的制度的建立来完善.

| Abstract: | The "MuDan IC card" case reflects some of the phenomena in the process of market orientation of public services in our country,which is contrary to the original intention of the market orientation.Through these phenomena,we may find profound problems: to improve the Chinese government procurement market,many more operable systems other than a government procurement law are needed. |
