构建社会主义和谐社会是马克思主义关于社会主义建设理论的丰富和发展,也是改革开放和现代化建设事业发展的必然结果。和谐社会的构建离不开伦理道德问题。和谐社会是一个兼有外在社会政治理想和内在道德理想双重特性的社会,因此创造一个具有良好内在和外在伦理秩序和道德氛围的社会环境是构建和谐社会的一个重要内容、重要任务。

Being External and Internal: the Ethical Order of Harmonious Society

The building of socialist harmonious society is the enrichment and development of Marxist theory about the socialist building,and the inexorable result of reform and opening policy,and the development of modernization as well.The building of harmonious society is indispensable to moral issues,since to create a social environment in good ethical order and morals is both an important part and a crucial task of it.This paper elaborates upon harmonious society from etical order,external and internal,showing that harmonious society is beyond doubt characterized by both externally social and political ideal and internally moral ideal.
