| 摘 要： | 我国教育信息化优化发展的当务之急是实施三大战略 ,即创建教育信息技术学科 ,着力研究信息技术在教育中的应用和信息技术教育问题 ;推进教师全员信息技术培训 ,加快更新教师的教育观念 ;硬、软、潜件协调发展 ,优化建设中文网络教育信息资源。本文从理论和工程层面上对这三大战略进行了系统探讨。

| Abstract: | To optimize the information development of Chinese education, the urgent task on hand is the implementation of three strategies: first, establishing the subject of educational information technology and studying the application of information technology in education; second, carrying on information technology training for all teachers to renew their concepts of education; and, last, optimizing information resources of Chinese network education by coordinating the developments of hardware and software. |
