| 摘 要： | 我国的高等教育要科学发展，实施个性化教育是必然趋势和必由之路。学生工作是高校教育的重要组成，学生工作实施个性化教育是高校个性化教育的重要保障。当前高校学生工作实施个性化教育面临着许多困难和问题，学生工作要不断改革创新以推进高校个性化教育的进程。
