略论近代平汉铁路医疗事业的建立与发展（1908—1937）

摘要：自1908年起，平汉路局自办医疗机构开始建立，至20世纪30年代以铁路医院为主体的医疗服务组织初具规模。在医疗机构建立与发展的同时，路局制定了铁路医疗机构的管理制度和诊疗政策。平汉铁路医疗事业的发展保障了路局员工的医疗需求，促进了其身体健康。它既具有企业办医疗事业的针对性和福利性，又兼具社会性。

On the Development of Medical Enterprise in Pinghan Railway, 1908-1937

The medical enterprise of Pinghan Railway started at late Qing Dynasty and early years of the ROC, and achieved certain growth by 1937. The medical institution sponsored by the Railway authority had been established and expanded, and become a major medical organization serving the railway staffs. At mean time, the Railway authority had established and improved the policy for medical management and services suitable the railway members. The development of the medical enterprise in Pinghan Railway to certain extent guaranteed railway staffsj medical needs and their physical healths. As business-sponsored medical enterprise, it is welfare-oriented specific to its members, and at mean time it renders services to social public.
