知识经济时代的来临对当代国际政治将会产生多方面复杂而深刻的影响。一方面,传统的国家主权、安全、战争、国际竞争、综合国力、地缘政治等概念、范畴的内容与形式将发生相应变化。另一方面,知识经济也会带来负面性影响,南北差距有可能进一步拉大,人类将长期生活在核战争的阴影和心理的重压之下,计算机病毒和智能犯罪会经常发生,"文化帝国主义"泛滥,人类的可持续性发展战略要遭到破坏,后代子孙的生存环境和资源要承受巨大牺牲。

The coming of knowledge era will have complicated and profound effects on the international politics.on the one hand, the content and form of concepts and categories, for exmple, the traditional state sovereighty, security, war, international competition, synthetical national power, geopolitics, etc, will have a corresponding change. On the other hand, knowledge economy will have opposite effects: mankind will long live in the shadow and heavy psychologual pressure of nuclear war. computer's virus and intellectual crime will often take place and asymmetric threats will be increased.Meanwhile,the continuing development of mankind will be possibly damaged. the difference between devoloped countries and devoloping countries will further be enlarged, and cultural imperialism will be a new kind of phenomena of international politics.
