生产力标准能够直接作为道德评价标准吗?

在社会主义道德建设实践中,由于把生产力标准泛化,有人片面曲解生产力标准,简单地把生产力标准等同于道德评价标准,引用生产力标准直接进行道德评价。按照历史唯物主义关于生产力决定生产关系、经济基础决定上层建筑的原理,生产力与道德之间存在着密切的关系,从根本上讲,生产力标准是评判道德历史进步性的标准,即道德评价的历史标准。把生产力标准直接作为道德标准进行道德评价,主要是混同了道德评价的标准与评价道德的标准。

According to the principle that productivity decides production relations and that economic basis decides the superstructure, there is a close relation between productivity and morality. The standard of productivity, in essence, is the standard to judge the history of morality, that is, the historical standard to judge morality. To use the standard of productivity to directly form moral judgments confuses the standard of moral judgment with the standard for judging morality.
