| 摘 要： | 在分析物流企业、物流教育及物流类毕业生对物流人才测评的需求的基础上，指出物流企业现行人才考评技术和方法存在的弊端，结合物流行业的自身特点，从人才知识素质、能力素质和心理素质三个方面建立相应的物流人才考核标准，并根据各人才测评方式的特点提出进行物流人才测评的方法及程序。

| Abstract: | The demands of logistic enterprises,logistic education and logistic graduates for evaluation of logistic talent were analyzed.The disadvantages of present methods of the evaluation of person with logistic ability were explained.Based on speciality of logistic vocation,the standard of logistic talent assessment about knowledge,ability and psychology was constructed.The method and procedure of evaluation of logistic talent were introduced. |
