| Abstract: | The Scientific Development Outlook is a strategic theory of development proposed by the CPC.It adheres to people-oriented policies and guide China to develop in a comprehensive,coordinative and sustainable way.This outlook is an instructive theory of the CPC and it is also a theory that instructs the development of the Communist Youth League,in which the development of college student cadres is a focus,as the CPC instructs the Communist Youth League.This theory should be held as a guideline and be practiced to make better and faster development of the college student cadres and the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities continuously. |
