| Abstract: | Construction of teaching staff is confronted with many problems, teaching ethic and moral e- valuation system construction is imperfect. This paper aims at strengthening the teaching ethic and moral evalua- tion system construction and solve the problems and difficulties, as well as, to find effective way and method to evaluate and give play to the importance. |
