| 摘 要： | 网络环境的形成和发展,给高校图书馆工作带来了新的变化。文章在分析论述网络环境及其对高校图书馆在办馆观念、资源建设、馆舍及设施、馆员和读者等方面所产生影响的基础上,对网络环境下高校图书馆信息服务出现的新特点、新形式、新内容及其发展趋势进行了探讨和研究。
