| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是一个系统工程。建立有效的财政支持体系是推进安徽新农村建设和农业可持续发展的根本保证。为开创社会主义新农村建设的新局面,立足当前安徽农村实际,从财政补贴、财政税收、公共服务、农村社会保障、农村金融等方面,探索构建财政支持安徽新农村建设的长效机制,这对解决三农问题、促进社会经济全面、协调、可持续发展,并最终实现安徽全面小康社会建设目标具有重要的理论和现实意义。
