摘    要:根据中外激励理论和我国建筑行业项目的特点,可假设:团队目标和个人目标的结合、尊重和沟通、表扬和鼓励、授权和扩大工作范围、报酬、例外处理、老中青结合、提高能力及丰富经验和知识、强迫和威胁这9个要素对团队激励效果有影响。实证分析结果也得出除老中青结合外的其他8个要素与团队激励效果紧密相关的结论。

Abstract:According to the incentive theory and features of the construction project in China, the paper puts forward a hypothesis that the following nine factors have an influence upon team incentive effects: integration of team objectives and personal objectives; respect and communication; praise and encouragement; licensing and job enlargement; salary; exception handling; combination of the elder, middle-aged and young members; ability-improving and experience/knowledge-enriching; and force and threat. The empirical research confirms that all the above-mentioned factors except combination of the elder, middle-aged and young members have a close correlation with team incentive effects.
