| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the achievements and current problems in cultivating postgraduates of polymer materials in our university.Aiming at the demand in high-qualified talents for the economic development of our country and the new concept of the varieties of talent cultivation it proposed new-type cultivating objectives and style for postgraduates of polymer materials. |
