| 摘 要： | 1992年11月，国家技术监督局发布新的学科分类与编码，把统计学列作一级学科。同时有的学者提出建立“大统计学”学科体系的倡议。而对”大统计学“究竟指的是什么理解并不一致。本文旨在阐明笔者对这个问题的认识。

| Abstract: | The paper expresses the following author’s standpoints. As a first-grade discipline, Statistics is a general name for subject group that includes a variety of subjects with general characteristics as well as independency each other. This subject group can be divided into two components: general statistics and special statistics. The special subject of Social-Economic Statistics of Social Sciences(Statistics of Economic Science) and Statistics of Social-Economic Reality. There are difference as well as relationships between Statistics of Social-Economic Reality and Mathematical Statistics. The role of Principle of Social-Economic Statistics is to provide the fundamental knowledge of plan design, data processing and development for statistical survey of social-economic reality. |
