＂《春秋》五例＂和＂隐义以藏用＂在＂道—圣—文＂的话语模式中逐渐成为中国文人公认并效法的权威学术话语。首先,与《春秋》笔法贵曲相似,古代文论家们认为文学创作应采用一种曲折迂回的言说方式,即不能直说,而必须绕着弯儿说。其次,与《春秋》笔法用晦涩相似,古文论家也崇尚含蓄蕴藉。第三,与《春秋》笔法之贵曲用晦的最终目的是为了更好地褒贬劝惩相似,有些文论家强调曲折迂回,崇尚含蓄蕴藉也是为了更好地＂美刺箴诲＂。而中国文学作品中影射技法的产生和兴盛,则既受《春秋》笔法尚＂隐＂观念的影响,也是封建专制强权政治压迫文学的结果。
