| Abstract: | In order to supply a gap of the concept of supply chain, a conceptual model of Demand Flow Network is provided.Then,the demand flow network is analyzed and explained based on the transaction cost theory.At last,a conclusion is arrived at that the demand flow network is a new system arrangement to economize transaction cost. |
