| 摘 要： | 信用担保体系制度对缓解中小企业融资约束的主要作用日益受到人们的关注。本文根据花都区构建中小企业信用担保体系的需求,通过对世界上一些国家中小企业信用担保实践的比较,具体分析了各种运行模式的利弊得失,提出了建立花都中小企业信用担体系应遵循的原则和七项对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the demand of constructing credit guarantee system for small and medium-sized enterprises in Huadu District,this article concretely analyzes the pros and cons of various kinds of operation modes. Through a comparative study on the practice of credit guarantee system for small and medium-sized enterprises in some countries,this article proposes the principles when establishing credit guarantee system for small and medium-sized enterprises in Huadu District. Seven countermeasures are also provided. |
