教学机智的教育现象学解说

摘    要:现象学作为影响西方哲学发展的重要思潮之一,广泛影响到社会的各门学科,同时也影响着教育学的进一步发展。教育现象学在教育中直接关注学生的生活世界和生活体验。从教育现象学的主要观点即关注体验研究、强调实践和反思、动态性知识观中,又可以窥见其对教师教学机智的一些影响,即教学机智是一种智慧实践,教师需要通过生活洞察儿童内心世界并且提高自身素质,等等。教育现象学以生活为基点,向教师展示如何在教育教学中更好地发挥教学机智。

Abstract:The phenomenology as the most important trend of thought in the field of modern western philosophy had great impact on all kinds of subjects in the society,also it affects further development of pedagogy.The education phenomenology concern on the students' life world and life experience.The tact of teaching affected by the education phenomenology that can be known from its main idea that are concerning about the experience research,emphasizing the practice and reflection,dynamic concept of knowledge.And the tact of teaching is a kind of witty wisdom of practice that teachers should observe children's heart through life and improving the quality of themselves,etc.The education phenomenology base on the life as a beginning show the teacher how to take advantage of the tact of teaching in instruction.
