| Abstract: | Developing the valuation of the enterprise culture run by private capital is important to enhance the management level of non-state owned enterprises. It is good to optimize the socialist market economy system. The key lies in constructing reasonable science constituting evaluation index system and building up appropriate the mathematics model of evaluation. |
