| Abstract: | As a kind of democratic political system, in the modern country ruled by law, constitutional politics is unified with democracy and governing by law. The present state and the feature of our country's constitutionalism originate from the loss of the traditional legal culture and the present state of the position of politics and law. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the construction tactics that is in accordance with practical constitutionalism starting from the history and the present state of our country's constitutional politics. |
