| 摘 要： | 核心能力是企业竞争优势的根源和价值增长的保证。本文讨论了企业核心能力发生风险的原因及后果,介绍了核心能力风险的分析方法和防范措施。企业核心能力面临的风险多种多样,企业要积极、主动地借鉴学习其他企业的风险防范措施,提高企业抗风险能力。

| Abstract: | The core competitiveness is the source of enterprises' predominance in competition, as well as the guarantee of the value growth of enterprises. This essay discusses the cause and effect of the risks faced by the core competitiveness of an enterprise,and introduces the methods to analyze the risks as well as the measures to prevent the risks. Enterprises' core competitiveness faces various risks. It is necessary for enterprises to use others' anti-risk measures as references to enhance their own ability to prevent risks. |
