| Abstract: | Library is the soul,the mind and the engine.It is so important to emphasize the humanistic quality for the librarians.The main contents of the high humanistic quality are following: putting the proper person in the proper position;selecting widely the proper & of high quality ones to be the librarians;the librarian’s self consciousness to better themselves in order to help oneself as well as others. |
