| 摘 要： | 市场经济在对社会经济、文化产生巨大促进作用的同时 ,也存在着对社会经济、文化的负面效应 :可能导致严重的资源浪费 ;导致垄断而造成资源配置和资源运用的低效 ;导致市场外部负效应 ;导致两极分化、分配不公而引起严重的社会问题 ;导致极端个人主义和拜金主义等。对此有了清醒的认识 ,可使我们在建立社会主义市场经济的过程中有意识地避免资本主义市场经济发展过程中曾经出现的问题 ,有效遏制市场经济的负效应 ,从而促进社会主义市场经济的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Market economy promotes as well as affects economic and cultural development,probably leading to waste and low efficiency in distribution and consumption of resources,and to serious social problems like extreme individualism and money worship due to monoply or polarization.Only when these problems are solved can market economy promote economic and cultural development of China. |
