“否定之否定”:社会史与政治史关系探究

社会史和政治史的关系问题是中西方史学界的一个基本问题,两者关系的消长变化不仅深刻影响了两个学科各自的价值取向、学科理念和学术概貌,也极大地改变了整个历史学的实践形态、文本类型和理论图式。20世纪以前,中西方史学界始终是政治史一统天下,此后在否定政治史中兴起社会史。而中西方社会史发展到今天,从兴起伊始纯然"否定政治"、到研究实践中"悬置政治"、再到逐步"融汇政治",经历了一个"否定之否定"的发展历程。新的社会史与政治史关系一定是对立统一、互相联系、相互制约、互为交融的关系。社会史研究的进一步深入离不开政治史,从社会史出发亦可深化政治史研究,而社会史和政治史更需要在新的基础上相融合。

Negation of the negation: Brief Discussion on the Relationship Between Social History and Political history

The relationship between social history and political history is a fundamental problem of Chinese and Western historians.The relationship between Waxing and Waning not only produces a profound influence on their values,disciplines and academic profile of the concept,also greatly changed the whole history of the practice form,text types and theoretical schemata.The new relationship between social history and the political history is necessarily the unity of opposites,interrelated,interacting and mutual blended relationship.The further study of social history cannot leave the political history,the political history studies can also deepening from the social history,and the social history and political history needs need more fusion on a new basis.
