高校学报发展的探究

高校学报作为先进文化建设的重要阵地,不仅担负着繁荣发展科学技术文化的重任,还要为提高全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质作出积极的贡献.本文在分析了高校学报现状的基础上,针对现阶段由于科学引文索引、核心期刊、市场经济等所带来的种种冲击,探讨了高校学报发展之路,提出了组建高校学报集团、专业化办刊的设想,以期高校学报屹立于世界期刊之前列.

Exploring the Development of University Journals

One of the important media through which the socialist advanced culture is built, university journals should not only assume the duty of scientific, technological and cultural prosperity, but also contribute to the promotion of moral and intellectual quality of the whole nation. Analyzing the current situation of university journals, particularly the impact and challenge from the practice of the Science Citation Index, core journals and market economy, this paper explores the future direction of university journals, putting forward the idea of establishing university journal groups as well as founding specialized journals, so that university journals can survive the competition and find a better status in the journalistic circles of the world.
