| 摘 要： | 在现代化快速发展的时代,我们必须重新审视包括技术创新在内的一切问题。传统意义的技术创新对生态环境缺少关怀意见,根据新经济发展的要求和现代化发展的趋势,必须对技术创新实行生态化转向。政府管理体制和企业的技术改造是技术创新实行生态化转向的关键。
