| 摘 要： | 维吾尔族是中华民族大家庭中的古老民族之一,其族名历代译写繁多。1934年,维吾尔族文化促进会呈文新疆省政府,请将“维吾尔”三字核定为汉文规范的维吾尔族名,新疆省政府在认真听取各方面的意见后,予以核准。

| Abstract: | The Uyghur is an ancient ethnic group of Chinese nationality.The translated versions of the Uyghur nationality are diversified in history.1934,Xinjiang Uyghur Cultural Promotion Association handed a document to Xinjiang Provincial Government asking for the standard Chinese name of the Uyghur nationality.The Government approved it after considering opinions of all walks of life. |
