| 摘 要： | 高校学术研究 (含自然科学研究 )及其成果的开发应用水平之高低是一所高校生存价值大小的最为显著的标志。但决定这一水平高低的关键在于高校学术研究动力的稳恒性。本文从高校学术研究的动力类型、特点、作用及其相互关系出发 ,对构建高校学术研究的动力机制进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Academic research in higher educational institutions and the development and application of the achievements in scientific research become the most remarkable standard to evaluate the existence of colleges or universities.The key to the existence conditions lies in the stability of researching motivation. This article,from the starting point of the motivational types,features,function and their mutual relations,probes to the establishment of motivation mechanism for academic research in higher educational institutions. |
