论网络隐私

电脑的普及，网络的空前发展使虚拟空间的范围越来越广，人们与虚拟空间的联系越来越密切。但虚拟空间中的网络隐私权时常受到侵害却得不到有效保护，问题就在于缺乏对网络隐私权的系统研究。文章拟就网络隐私权的含义、特点作出具体界定，从侵权现象入手，进而分析其成因，最后提出规制方案，以期抛砖引玉。

But the right of privacy of network in the fictitious space is often encroached on and can not get protecting effectively, the problem lies in lacking the system research of the right of privacy of the network. This text plans to make on meaning, characteristic of the right of privacy of the network and define specifically, proceed with phenomenon of infringing, and then analyze its cause, propose the structure scheme finally, regard one as the network of our country and legislate to pave the way for.
